Aufeuo — Est. 2024, Toronto
Made by
hand.
Worn for
life.
We make garments the way they were always meant to be made — slowly, deliberately, and without compromise.
2024 — OngoingA label built on the belief that
clothing should outlast the season
it was made in.

The maker
One person.
One vision.
Every stitch.
Aufeuo is the work of a single maker based in Toronto. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand — no factories, no shortcuts. The process is slow by design. That's the point.
Every garment is made to order, which means nothing exists until someone chooses to wear it. There is no excess, no waste, and no two pieces are ever identical.
The materials
Chosen for
longevity,
not trend.
Fabrics are sourced from mills that prioritise natural fibres, minimal processing, and ethical production. Wool, linen, cotton, and silk — chosen for how they age, not just how they look on day one.
Nothing is mass-ordered. Each collection begins with a small selection of cloth that shapes what gets made.

We do not follow trends.
We follow the thread.
Slow
making.
Every piece takes days to complete. We don't rush. The time spent making is reflected in the time you'll spend wearing it.
No
excess.
Made to order means nothing is produced without purpose. There are no surplus garments. Every piece has a home before it's made.
Built to
last.
We design for wearability across years, not seasons. The goal is a garment that gets better with age — that earns its place in your wardrobe.
How it's made
The process behind
every piece.
Pattern & Design
Each piece begins with a pattern drafted by hand. Proportions are refined over multiple samples until the silhouette is exactly right.
Drafting — Fitting — Revision — Final pattern
Material Selection
Fabric is sourced in small quantities from trusted mills. Each cloth is tested for drape, weight, and durability before a single cut is made.
Sourcing — Sampling — Testing — Selection
Cutting & Construction
Every garment is cut and sewn by hand. No machine shortcuts. Seams are finished with care, hems are pressed, and every detail is checked.
Hand cut — Hand sewn — Hand finished
Quality & Dispatch
Before leaving the studio, each piece is pressed, inspected, and folded. It goes out only when it meets the standard we'd wear ourselves.
Inspection — Press — Pack — Ship
The work
speaks for
itself.
Each piece in the collection is available in limited quantities. When a size is gone, it's gone. There are no restocks — only new work.
