Returns Policy

At AUFEUO, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must strictly comply with the conditions outlined below. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.

General Return Conditions

All returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
  • Include all original tags, labels, and AUFEUO brand or security tags attached in their original position
  • Be returned in original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and protective materials where provided
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, odour, stains, scratches, or damage
  • Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping

We strongly advise trying on items with care and returning them in the exact condition in which they were received.

Footwear & Accessories

  • Footwear must be returned with original branded shoe boxes and dust bags, where provided
  • Shoe boxes must not be used as the outer shipping box and must be placed inside protective packaging
  • When trying on footwear, please ensure soles are not marked and footwear shows no signs of wear
  • Accessories must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging included

Beauty & Cosmetic Products

  • All beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened, unused, and with all seals intact
  • Due to safety and shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns for certain beauty items, including but not limited to:
    • Fragrances
    • Aerosols and spray receptacles
    • Essential oils
    • Acid-based products
    • Any items containing flammable or hazardous ingredients

If you are unsure whether your beauty item is eligible for return, please contact AUFEUO Customer Service before sending it back.

Hosiery, Lingerie & Swimwear

  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene seals fully intact
  • Items must be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging where applicable
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments
  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or soiling

Jewellery

  • Jewellery must be returned in the exact condition it was received
  • All original branded packaging, certificates, documents, and accessories must be included
  • Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Made-to-Order & Customized Items

  • Made-to-order or customized items are created specifically to your specifications and are non-returnable
  • Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery

Return Compliance & Account Monitoring

AUFEUO reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Monitor return activity to ensure fair use of our services
  • Restrict or close AUFEUO customer accounts if return behaviour is excessive, abusive, or in breach of this Returns Policy

Refunds

Once your return has been received by AUFEUO or one of our authorized partner boutiques:

  • Returns are inspected and processed within up to 6 calendar days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original delivery costs
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account

Where eligible, refunds may be issued as AUFEUO store credit at your request. Store credit will be added directly to your AUFEUO account and can be used on future purchases.

Tracking Your Return

You can track your return using the Waybill Number provided in your return documentation.

  • Registered customers can view return status in Orders & Returns within their account
  • Guest customers can track returns by entering their guest order details on our website

Cryptocurrency Refunds

If you paid for your order using cryptocurrency, refunds are handled by our payment provider TripleA.

  • Once your return is approved, TripleA will process your refund in the original cryptocurrency, based on the current exchange rate
  • TripleA will contact you using the email address provided at checkout

To claim your refund, you must email support@triple-a.io with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • National ID, Passport, or Business Registration Number
  • Country of Residence
  • Cryptocurrency Wallet Address for refund

Refund claims must be completed within 30 days of TripleA’s email notification. Once successfully claimed, funds are typically returned to your wallet within the same business day, subject to blockchain congestion.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Defective
  • Or significantly not as described on our website

Please contact AUFEUO Customer Service as soon as possible after delivery.

We will arrange a return and issue a full refund, including applicable return shipping costs, once the issue has been verified.
